The harness adjuster button may jam if not cleaned regularly.
This could cause the harness to unexpectantly loosen.
What to do...
Check your car seat’s batch number. If it’s part of the affected batch:
- Check the harness adjuster button:
• It must click and release smoothly.
• No sticking, jamming, or resistance. - If harness adjuster button is working well: Keep using the car seat & clean regularly as per the instruction manual.
- If the harness adjuster button is not working properly, stop using the car seat immediately and bring it to a Farmers store to:
• Replace it with the updated model, or
• Receive a full refund
