Baby Way have identified a compliance issue with the $89 baby capsule. The placement of the required ECE R44/04 approval label and airbag warning label differ from what is required in the DB02 certification test report. 

As a result, the capsule is non-compliant with its certification, and Baby Way are issuing a voluntary recall as a precautionary measure to ensure child safety.

The airbag warning label should be placed on the inner surface of the capsule in the approximate area where the child’s head rests. However, it is located on the outside side of the capsule. The incorrect placement of the airbag warning label means users may not see it and be aware of the warning, which could pose a safety risk.
