The steerer tube collar on your bicycle may be susceptible to stress corrosion cracking which can result in sudden loss of steering control and an increased risk of an accident.
What to do...
Stop using the affected bicycles and return them to their nearest authorised Specialized retailer for a replacement steerer tube collar, free of charge.
