Sold from August 2017 to December 2019 Protex Disc Brake Rotor DR12909 with batch codes ending in KP, AQ, CQ, HQ, ER, DQ or GP as shown above. The disc rotors are designed for fitment on the front axle of model year 2011-2109 Isuzu D-max & Holden Colorado vehicles

The disc rotor hubs may crack and reduce braking effectiveness or cause brake failure and potentially lead to an accident.
What to do...
Stop using the product or vehicles that have been fitted with the product and contact the point of purchase:
Where the product has been fitted onto a vehicle, owners should have the disc brake rotor(s) replaced by a qualified mechanic. The cost of the replacement of the product (brake disc rotor(s), consumables & labour) will be refunded to the mechanic via a warranty claim from Protex / IBS reseller.
Affected products that have not been fitted to vehicles may be returned to the point of purchase for a refund.
