The Hazard!
The steerer tube or fork may fracture or break during use.
Risk of accident and serious injury if the tube or fork breaks during use and causes a fall.
What to do...
Immediately stop using your bike.
- Check your fork serial number. You can find the serial number on the outer side frame of
the left rear dropout or the bike's downtube. - If the third character of your bike serial number is:
• H, J or K – return your bike to an authorised Giant dealer for a free fork replacement.
• G – return your bike to an authorised Giant dealer for further inspection, and if necessary, a free fork replacement - Contact Giant by email or phone if you are unable to return the product or have sold or gifted it to another person
