The Hazard!
The powertrain mounting hardware may have been only hand tightened,
and not torqued to the proper specification. The throttle may become stuck open and operators are not able to stop the vehicle with the brakes.

Stop using the machine until it is repaired. John Deere dealers will inspect and repair all affected machines which will be performed at no cost to the owner.
