Some circuit boards inside the Affected Products’ battery pack may be susceptible to the creation of localized hot spots.
In a small number of cases, this could lead to a risk of the circuit board overheating or catching fire.
BISSELL has assessed the probability of injury to users as “Low”.

Remove from the charging base right now and stop using it.
