The Hazard!
The product is being recalled by Kmart because the gel pak may include ethylene glycol, a toxic substance (rather than the non-toxic ingredient glycerol).
If packaging becomes damaged, ethylene glycol can leak out and if swallowed, can cause irreversible injuries or death.
What to do...
1. Stop using the Gel Pak immediately and keep out of reach of children.
2. Return the product to a Kmart store for a full refund.
