The Hazard!
The nose foam may separate from the top panel of the respirators.
Without the nose foam the respirator will not fit tightly over the nose and could fail to protect the user from exposure to airborne particulates.
What to do...
Stop using and quarantine affected respirators and contact your 3M distributor.
