The Hazard!
The faceplate can separate from the body of the AC plug and expose live parts posing a risk of electric shock.
Do not attempt to unplug the charger without switching off the power at the power source.
What to do...
Make sure you switch off the power at the outlet before attempting to remove the charger from any socket outlets.
