The Hazard!
The rear axle of the stroller can break, and lead to one of the wheels dislodging from the stroller and the stroller becoming unbalanced.
If the stroller becomes unbalanced and the child insides falls or hits the ground it could result in serious injury.
What to do...
Stop using your stroller and register on the CNP safety website to receive a replacement axle and wheels with installation instructions.
