The Hazard!
Fault with valve on some cylinders. There is a small risk that the valve may fail on cylinders with batch number 7/22 causing the cylinder to inadvertently discharge the CO2.
What to do...
Check CO2 cylinders to confirm if they are from batch 7/22. If they are, isolate them in an open space, stored upright and not in direct sunlight.
Contact Zenith for replacement cylinders & return instructions for any of the faulty batch 7/22.
If a cylinder from batch 7/22 is connected to the HydroTap, please leave it connected and continue using the sparkling water.
