The Hazard!
The hinge of the upper spin swing pole connection to the top rail (frame) could fail and lead to the spin swing dislodging from the frame.
If the Spin Swing dislodges while in use, it will result in a fall.
What to do...
Stop using your Spin Swing attachment and remove it from the frame. After a replacement part has been delivered install as directed.
