The Hazard!
There may be too little torque in the clamping bolts of front pulley, which could lead to the steering wire slipping.
If the steering wire slips, it could result loss of steering control and a possible crash hazard and potential serious injury.
What to do...
Stop riding the bicycle and arrange to return it to your dealer.
