The Hazard!
Some of the plug inserts have a manufacturing fault that causes them to break apart while being unplugged from a power socket.
If the enclosure of the detachable plug portion breaks, this can potentially expose live parts which can cause a dangerous electric shock.
What to do...
If you have one of the products manufactured between 2009 and 2016, it is critical that you do not attempt to unplug it.
Call or visit the website to receive important instructions and support to remove it safely, this process will also include a replacement plug insert.
