What to do...
Check your recliner/sofa to see if it is one of the affected models and if so immediately turn off the power and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Contact Dixie Cummings for instructions about how to disconnect the cupholder safely and to arrange for the replacement of the cupholder and insertion of a dummy plug.
