On the product label located inside the velcro pouch on the left rear shoulder strap, recalled harnesses have the following model, batch and serial number range:

H101QR products that are not part of Batch NZ-1246 or NZ-1328 with the above serial numbers can continue to be sold and safely used.
Other LINQ products such as H301, H302, H402 can also continue to be sold and safely used.
The Hazard!
There is a risk that the buckle may release unintentionally while in use.
If the buckle releases while working at height, it could lead to a fall and serious injury or death.
What to do...
STOP using the harness and contact Clive Marple at Paramount Safety to arrange for a refund or free replacement harness.
Identify if your harness is affected by checking the product label located inside the velcro pouch on the left rear shoulder strap - see batch and serial number identification below.
