If the defect occurs, the shoulder straps can loosen and may not adequately protect your child in the event of a motor vehicle crash.
What to do...
Contact Britax Childcare NZ to arrange a remedy kit to be mailed to you. Kits will be sent out from 1 September. In the interim you can continue to use the seat safely by making sure the red harness adjustor button locks in the out position when securing your child.
