Volkswagen AG has established that a small number of Passat Estates with the electric Panorama sun roof the specified limits of the anti-trap and roll-back function for closing the sun roof (convenience closing) may be exceeded. To rule out any injuries being carried out when closing the sun roof remotely it is necessary to disable the convenience opening and closing of the sun roof on your vehicle. The sun roof will still be fully functional in its day to day use.
