The Hazard!
UD Truck Distributors (NZ) Ltd are recalling UD Quon and Condor vehicles manufactured between August 2011 and April 2016 as part of the global Takata Air Bag replacement program, where the drivers airbag inflator requires replacement.
What to do...
Owners of affected vehicles will be advised by letter, we are commencing this recall with oldest vehicles first, your authorised UD Dealer will be in contact to arrange the fitment of the replacement drivers air bag.
Due to the large volumes of vehicles impacted globally replacement parts will be released in stages, we expect it could take up to two years to complete this recall. The replacement is at no cost to the customer.
