On Karoq vehicles manufactured during a specific period, there may have been a discrepancy in the manufacturing process of the head restraint for the centre rear seat. As a result, a head restraint may be fitted in the centre position of the rear seat bench which cannot offer the full scope of its protective function in the event of an accident.
