One of our suppliers has informed us that the central sensor for the airbag system has been programmed with faulty software. In the event your motor car is involved in either a front or rear accident, the passive restraint systems (front airbags and belt tensioner) will not be activated, leading to an increased risk of injury. It is important to note that airbag deployment from a side impact is not affected To make sure that your motor car continues to operate perfectly, we would like to replace the sensor which is mounted under the central interior console.
