Nissan New Zealand (Nissan) is advising the Dealer network of the requirement to conduct a Recall Campaign for the 2nd time on all vehicles previously fitted with a âlike for likeâ Takata airbag inflator. The replacement inflator is a final solution replacement and will not require future replacement.
What to do...
Owners of affected vehicles within the affected VIN range will be advised by letter and other communication means to contact their Nissan Dealer to arrange for rectification of their vehicle to have their passenger airbag inflator replaced.
