Subject vehicles are equipped with a resin fuel tank including a resin inlet fuel pipe. Due to a manufacturing problem during the weld process, there is potential for a leak to develop where the inlet pipe joins to the tank. In the presence of an ignition source, leaking fuel could increase the risk of a fire.
