The Hazard!
The waist strap is not attached on right hand side of the PFD and if it is not secured correctly, it can slip and lead to your PFD becoming ill-fitted.
If the PFD becomes ill-fitted and you end up in the water, it may not keep you in a safe floating position.
What to do...
Stop using the affected PFD and contact the retailer from where you purchased it from for a full refund.
