Indian Motorcycle has determined that some motorcycles equipped with halogen headlights may have been assembled using a non-compliant headlight not matching destination market requirements. Affected motorcycles, designated for sale in North America, may be equipped with an E4 (European) headlight assembly and are not considered compliant per NHTSA standards. Conversely, certain International models may be equipped with an SAE (North America spec) headlight, which is considered non-compliant per ECE standards.
