On certain MY2008 -MY2011 Touring, CVO and VRSC Harley-Davidson model motorcycles equipped with ABS If the brake fluid is not flushed for a prolonged period of time beyond the 2 year schedule specified in the Owner’s Manual and Service Manual, a braking issue may develop.
