The Hazard!
Some 2010-2012 Cannondale Bad Boy and Bad Girl bicycles have developed fatigue cracks where the axle meets the fork leg.
Fatigue cracks grow with use and can result in a broken axle.
There is a risk that the axle may separate from the fork leg, with risk of an accident or injury.
What to do...
Do not ride your bicycle until the fork is inspected and/or replaced. Contact your Cannondale dealer to have your bike inspected.
Bicycles subject to recall can be confirmed by looking at the date code on the bottom of the fork leg.
